By using Quayla you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because we want you to actually read them.

1. What Quayla is (and isn't)

Quayla is an AI-powered conversational guide and creative assistant. She generates text, images, and videos using third-party AI models (OpenAI, Sora 2, and similar). She is not a human, she is not always right, and any output she produces is for informational or creative purposes only.

2. You use Quayla at your own risk

IMPORTANT — READ THIS. Quayla and Planet Q Productions make NO WARRANTIES of accuracy, fitness, or reliability. You agree that you use any output — chat responses, generated images, generated videos, code, specialist advice — entirely at your own risk. Planet Q Productions, its officers, its staff, and its service providers are not liable for any outcome, loss, injury, or damage that results from acting on Quayla's output.

3. Specifically, Quayla does NOT provide:

Medical advice or diagnosis. If you have a health question, see a licensed clinician.
Binding legal advice. Quayla can discuss legal concepts, but nothing she says is legal counsel or a substitute for an attorney.
Financial guarantees. No prediction Quayla or her specialists make is a guarantee. Trading, crypto, and investing are risky. You can lose money.
Emergency services. If you're in crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency line. Quayla will always redirect you there, but she cannot replace professional crisis support.

4. Things you agree NOT to do

You will not use Quayla or her specialists to:

Create, plan, or solicit violence, weapons, or how-tos for harm.
Manufacture, source, or distribute illegal drugs.
Create malware, ransomware, or perform unauthorised access to systems you don't own.
Generate any sexual or suggestive content involving minors. Ever. Violations are reported to authorities.
Create impersonations or deepfakes of real public figures (celebrities, politicians, or private individuals without consent).
Spread hate, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
Make financial guarantees to third parties based on Quayla's output (e.g. running a pump-and-dump).
Pass off Quayla's medical opinions as diagnosis or her legal opinions as binding counsel.

If you attempt any of the above, Quayla will refuse, the attempt will be logged, and your account may be suspended without refund.

5. Super Agents (image, video, code specialists)

Super Agent outputs — generated images, Sora 2 videos, AI-written code — are produced by third-party models and delivered as-is. You are responsible for:

Verifying that any generated content respects third-party intellectual property, trademark, and likeness rights before you publish, sell, or distribute it.
Verifying that any generated code compiles, is safe to run, and fits your use case before deploying it to production.
Accepting that generation jobs charged on submission (like Sora 2 videos) are non-refundable once queued, even if the model's output doesn't match your vision.

6. Credits, refunds, and billing

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire but also do not convert to cash. Credit packs are one-time purchases unless explicitly labelled otherwise. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms as well.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you give Quayla and the outputs she generates for you. You grant Planet Q Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process those prompts and outputs for the purpose of operating the service (e.g. improving Quayla's responses, security auditing, responding to abuse reports).

8. Our content

The Quayla avatar, Blue Steel visual design, starfield interface, and "Planet Q Productions", "Planet Q Radio", "Planet Q Trading", "Planet Q AI Video Games" brand marks are owned by Planet Q Productions. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or claim them as your own.

9. Liability cap

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Planet Q Productions' total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Quayla is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. If you never paid us, our maximum liability is zero.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll bump the version number at the top of this page and require you to re-accept inside the app before continuing. You can review version history on request.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute must first be resolved through good-faith direct negotiation; if that fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration.
